CONFERENCE FEES

The rate below is calculated for each person.

• Normal registration until 20/08/2024: 200 USD (updated)

• Normal registration after 20/08/2024: 250 USD (updated)

• Student registration: 150 USD (certificate proof required)

• VASE member registration: 150 USD (waived for 1 year active membership)

• Group registration: 150 USD (waived for group registration of 5 registration affiliated to the group).

• Plenary speaker/ Invited guests registration: no fee once approved by OB

• Gala dinner for student registration, spouse/family member in normal registration: 30 USD (free for kids under 12) 

• Gala dinner for spouse/family member of keynote/plenary speaker/ invited guest registration: free for 1 each

IMPORTANT

The fees include admission to all scientific sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches and Gala Dinner (except student registration). 

Each paper to be published should have at least one registered presenter whose participation fee has to be paid by the latest 25/08/2024. (updated)
