INSTRUCTION FOR ORAL PRESENTERS

- Please prepare your presentation in widescreen format ratio 16:9.

- File type: PDF or PPT.

- Total time for each presentation is 20 minutes.

- Please arrive at your Session at least 15 minutes before the Session starting time and announce your arrival to the Session Chairman.

- All presentations must be copied to the designated folder in the PC provided by the organizer before the Session starting time.

- All presentations must be in English and will be evaluated for Best Presentation Award. The Award will be announced and given directly to the presenters at the Gala Dinner of the Conference.

INSTRUCTION FOR POSTER PRESENTERS

Poster Preparation

Presenters registered their contribution as poster presentations should prepare and print their poster.

- Poster size: Width 83 cm × Height 113 cm.

- Printing type: Glossy decal

All posters should be hanged in the designated area in the poster hall under their corresponding PIDs before 10:00 (AM) Friday 06/11/2026.

Posters will be evaluated during the poster session for the BEST POSTER PRIZE. The prizes will be presented to authors during the Gala Dinner of the Conference.

Support

Participants who need supports in printing their posters locally, please contact the poster printing service details as follows. The posters can be printed and hanged in the designated location according to the PID requested.
